Black Victorian Collapsable Tassel Parasol with Wood Handle (As Is)

A black collapsable Victorian parasol with fine tassels along the edge and on the peak. The wood handle folds about the halfway mark and has a brass fitting that holds it open when unfolded. The gorgeous piece does have a rip in the fabric, a bend in one of the ribs and the very tip of the handle seems to have chipped off so will be sold as is.
