A matted, drypoint etching artist proof by Arthur Checkley (b.1874-d.1964) who was an English born artist who studied at the Birmingham School of Art. He emigrated to Canada in 1913 and found success as an artist in eastern and central Canada and proceeded to move to western Canada in 1923.
